Keenan Young and Mike Fricke claimed four gold medals apiece, leading the nine Orion Archery Club members who competed recently during the Cornhusker State Games.
Young earned two of his first-place finishes in Bowhunter Freestyle shoots, while Fricke earned two of his in Barebow events.
Additionally, the Blair group's Susan Bensen earned three gold medals overall, while Chauncey Wilkins claimed three and one silver. Myron Carlson secured two silvers and a bronze medal, while four more Orion Archers — Brad Johannesen, Chris Johannesen, Bill Gottberg and Dan Trumlee — notched a silver medal apiece.
