The Arlington Seniors earned their third win of the season May 29 at Wisner-Pilger/Howells-Dodge.
They claimed it by rout.
Post 71 won 17-0 with Tyler Ott throwing a no-hitter. The right-handed pitcher had six strikeouts, too.
Tim Halley, meanwhile, led the Eagles at the plate, hitting a home run.
The Arlington Juniors earned a road victory against WP/HD, too. Their final score was 17-11, according to coach TJ Stosich.
On Friday night, though, both Post 71 games — against Hooper-Scribner and Oakland-Craig, respectively — were postponed. Rain moved through Washington County, forcing multiple postponements and cancellations.
The Arlington Seniors next host Tekamah-Herman on Wednesday at the Washington County Fairgrounds. The standalone game starts at 7 p.m.
